Our clients are based across Australia and New Zealand.
Our services include providing point of sale software which integrates seamlessly into clients\' financial such as MYOB and Quickbooks.


We require the services of a professional bookkeeper to not only maintain company’s internal accounts, but also liaise with our client’s accountants, system integrators and financial software vendors, such as MYOB and/or Quickbooks (training will be provided in this area).

Your experience willl include either MYOB or Quickbooks (both would be looked favourably); MYOB is used for internal bookkkeeping.
There may be a need to travel interstate and overseas but is not critical as most communication is over the phone therefore, communication skills are critical as you will be dealing with our clients at all levels, from CFO\'s to accounts.

Within this diverse role you will be responsible for:
INTERNAL ACCOUNTS
• Accounting services for the business (learning our internal system as well as MYOB)
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Debtor/creditor management
• Cash flow management
• Payroll and statutory compliance (BAS / PAYG)
• Monthly reporting
• General administrative support
- Collection of outstanding accounts
- Billing
- Office assistance and administration


CLIENTS ACCOUNTS
- Liaise with our clients in implementing Financial Integration process and setup of their financial systems (adequate training will be provided).
- Liaise with software integrators
- Liaise with MYOB / QB (if/when needed)
- Assist in resolving any issues related to integration and data

Reporting to the General Manager, this is a completely independent bookkeeper role which would suit a proven performer with:
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
 
Part/Time (either 4 hours 5 days a week OR 3 days per week) $30p/hr inc Super.
Full Time $50K inc super
