Followed a period of considerable growth we are looking to add an energetic and focused Payroll Team Leader to our company. This is an ideal position for a talented payroll professional able to manage and run the payroll function for a major client group.

Your Role

The Payroll Team Leader provides direction and support to a team of dedicated payroll staff who run payroll for leading Australian companies in a managed payroll service environment. This leadership role oversees the team and delivers timely and accurate results to the client. Strong relationship management skills are at the cornerstone of the success and development of this role. We actively encourage managers to support and develop their staff and are interested in people who have an interest in their team.

Your Skills

We are interested in having a conversation with you if you have:

  • Payroll Team Lead experience, ideally in an Onsite or Shared Service environment
  • Experience and a genuine interest in managing a diverse and developing team
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to provide a high-level service delivery and to instill this in their team
  • Strong client relationship management
  • A focus on compliance, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well developed analytical and problem solving skills
