Sales Administrator/Estimator

Adecco is seeking an Experienced Administrator / Estimator to work with one of our largest clients to assist the Estimations and sales team. This is a construction environment and provides a unique opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects. This is a temp position starting immediately.

 

The Role:

  • Maintain and improve processes to complete projects
  • Read and interpret drawings
  • Co-ordinate onsite staff 
  • Assist sales team with estimations
  • Quoting clients
  • Following up outstanding orders
  • Assist with report writing
  • Assisting with purchases and invoicing
  • Special tasks as assigned by management

 

The Person:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Auto CAD Experience
  • Exposure to estimating
  • Hard working and willing to learn attitude
  • Can demonstrate good communication skills
  • Energetic and motivated to exceed customer expectations
  • Professional and well groomed.
  • Demonstrated understanding of construction methodology
