Senior Administration Officer, Future Act
The Brisbane Office of the National Native Title Tribunal (NNTT) is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and flexible person to fill an ongoing position as a Senior Administration Officer. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing a range of administrative support duties pri ncipally relating to the processing of expedited procedure objections and future act determination applications in the Tribunal's performance of its arbitral functions (future acts). The work is specialised and dynamic in nature; and is performing pursuant to a rigorous statutory framework; with regular interactions with a wide range of external stakeholders. Opportunities also exist to engage with other staff (particularly Geospatial specialists and arbitral members)
The successful applicant must have an ability to deal sensitively with stakeholders from a diverse range of cultures, particularly Indigenous Australians.
