Senior Business Analyst - Super

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced business analyst to join a highly collaborative and professional project team to work closely with a team of SMEs on a diverse range of business process re engineering and change management projects.

Critical to this role is the ability to think commercially, interpret customer and business needs and translate these into application and operational requirements expressed in high quality strategic documentation (eg BRS) and presentations. We are seeking an individual who is skilled at relationship building and interacting effectively with key stakeholders at all levels across the organisation. Your excellent communication skills both written and oral will be a key capability and will assist you to influence others to achieve common desired outcomes.

Ideally you will possess superannuation industry experience, or have gained experience working in the financial services industry. You will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and high attention to detail.

An understanding of project methodologies is desirable and strong project management skills, while not essential will be highly regarded.

Visio, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project experience required. Experience in developing training information and facilitating workshops/small group learning is also desired.
