Customer Service Representative

Our client is a market leader in the banking and finance world. They are currently seeking several experienced contact centre temps to support an exciting new product launch commencing in October.

You will be working in a busy, all-hands-on-deck environment, providing a thorough customer service experience and effectively managing any complaints. You will identify any faults and trends and escalate those to management as required. You will have a proactive approach to problem solving, a helpful, friendly manner and be someone who genuinely likes being on the phone.

We are ideally looking for candidates who have experience working in a contact centre or client services environment, ideally with a banking, finance or investments background. Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as professionalism are a must to fulfil the requirements of this job. Working holiday visa applicants with relevant experience will absolutely be considered.

Applicants must be available to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday 8am-8pm. A minimum commitment of 2 months is required, but the project may extend for up to 4 months depending on business need. A competitive hourly rate is on offer as well as a retention bonus for working until the assignment's completion.
