Weeroona is funded through Disability Services to respond to the support needs of both children and adults with a disability and their families.-

The Facilitator will assist families to identify, plan, obtain and coordinate supports and resources according to the individual needs and preferences of families.-

Applicants for this position will require previous experience in working collaboratively with families, well developed communication and interpersonal skills and an awareness of issues relating to both children and adults with a disability and their families.-
