Project Manager - Fitout in Construction, Building & Architecture Jobs

With major clients in hospitality, retail, office and commercial fields this leading main contractor is well placed continually providing exceptional workmanship exceeding client expectations.  

You will be involved in multiple projects with budge ts ranging from $200k and up to $5m, leading and coordinating the delivery of projects from preconstruction through to hand over, with the aim of continually meeting clients expectations.  You will take full operational ownership of your team developing and managing programs and coordinating the commercial and site operations to ensure project runs to time.  

It is anticipated you will be currently working as a Project Manager with a demonstrated background in the Shopfitting and Construction industry for at least 3 years.  You will have proven success in the delivery of time and budget requirements for multiple projects and a solid understanding of Project Management methodology within construction industry.  Flexibility is a must in order to travel to jobsites periodically.  You will have strong commercial acumen and the ability to build and maintain client relations.
