This Tier 1 construction company specialise in commercial and residential projects across the whole of Victoria. The Ideal candidate will have previously experience as a finishing foreman working for either a developer or builder on large residential projects in Melbourne. 
 
Employed as a finishing foreman / supervisor you will be managing subcontractors to ensure projects are handed over successfully, completed on time and budget.
 
As the ideal applicant, you will have:

• A tertiary qualification in construction or carpentry background
• Experience of working on multi unit residential projects over $10 million in value
• Previous experience of managing subcontractors
• Excellent time management
