Site Supervisor - Sub Stations

Our client is a leading distribution electricity supplier in Victoria, responsible for providing power to thousands of homes and businesses. With over twenty years experience managing networks across Australia they are respected throughout the industry. Due to the continued growth of the business and the recent intake of labour, we are now looking to recruit a site supervisor within the sub-station area of the group.
You will have experience supervising teams of electrical fitters, linesman and HV testers constructing sub-stations, zone subs and terminal stations. This role will involve will also require someone who has excellent communication skills and be able to lead from the front as you will be liaising with sub-contractors, keys stake holders and senior management in order to complete activities on time.
It is essential that you have worked within such HV environments as the majority of you working day will be involved overseeing your team and dealing with any issues reporting to management if needed. We are seeking a hungry individual who wants to drive the business forward and ideally progress in to a project management role within two years.
