As Customer / Client Services Representative you will be required to: 

  • Enter customer orders into the system
  • Follow-up customer deliveries and out of stock items
  • Raise invoices 
  • Follow-up on customer artwork / production
To be successful you will have:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Computer literacy and strong data entry ability
  • Attache experience would be beneficial
  • Experience in stationary / promotional products will also be an advantage
