Customer Service Representative
We are currently sourcing candidates that pride them selves on excellent customer service. You will be assisting and providing relevant information to all migration inquiries that come through.

You will be responsible for:
•Answering inbound calls in relation to customer enquires
•Making outbound calls to follow up and provide the answer in relation to the customers enquiry
•Inputting information accurately into the internal systems
•Liaising with internal staff and directly with customers
To be successful for this role you will have;
•Exceptional customer service experience
•Capacity to work in a busy environment
•Clear and audible communication skills
•Available Monday – Friday within the hours of 8am-6pm
