Customer Service

    The responsibilities on the position include:

    • Frontline Customer Service in accordance with established policies and procedures
    • Providing fair and reasonable feedback to applicants
    • Effectively handle customer complaints by way of immediate resolution or escalation
    • Work collaboratively as an effective team member

    You will demonstrate:

    • Previous experience in a customer service role
    • Computer Skills (data entry, updating database details etc)
    • A good use of initiative
    • A high level of enthusiasm
    • The ability to learn new processes quickly
    • The ability to work well as part of a team
