Contract - Structural Engineer

RPEQ in Civil/Structural Engineering,
Tertiary Qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering,
10+ year's relevant experience,
Held senior position in the development of materials handling projects in Australia, Good written and oral communication skills in English language,
Ability to travel frequently to central Queensland
 
Previous experience in the development of a major coal projects in Queensland,
Engineering skills and applied experience with materials handling systems and equipment for coal handling systems.
Applied experience with managing design development including safety in design
Ability to coach and mentor junior staff
Basic capabilities in general office computing software.
 

• Engineering experience in the operations of a major coal terminal in Queensland or NSW.
• Installation and commissioning of materials handling equipment for a major coal terminal.
• Experience in developing specifications for major equipment purchasing for a coal terminal.
