Opportunity to become principal within 24 months whilst demonstrating your Civil Land Development knowledge by working on a variety of projects including:

• Stage 1, Industrial Estate - involves the staged development of over 70Ha of industrial land and includes major servicing and road-works infrastructure planning.
• Bulk earthworks design covering 75Ha for a 546 lot residential subdivision 
• Civil works for hospitals, schools, car-parks, sports ovals involving road, drainage, bulk earthworks, soil and water management and water quality design.
• Shopping Centres both in Sydney and Newcastle. 
• Zoo infrastructure
• Several stages of large 600+ lot subdivisions including a mix of commercial and residential properties.

Resource and lead a team of 2 design engineers and 2 drafters.

Liaison with local authorities, service authorities and associated sub-consultants. Regular interaction with project managers, construction supervisors, contractors, local government officials and design engineers.

Requirements: Hold a relevant degree, minimum 8 years of Local Urban Development Experience with a reputable firm, CPEng will be highly regarded.
