Retail distribution is a key strategic and progressive division of this financ ial institution. They have a clear focus and are a leader in setting industry benchmarks. The position is viewed as a critical front line resource in extracting optimum performance from the advice distribution channel.

The key focus of this role is to lead and develop a team of financial planners by consulting to them on advice and sales strategies that will build higher levels of profitability. You will be heavily involved in developing and facilitating agreed business plans and implementing coaching solutions to position your team to achieve desired business outcomes.

These objectives will be achieved through the provision of a leadership framework characterised by passion, integrity and a commitment that results in high levels of team engagement. This will ensure a high quality and compliant services to the organisations customers.

Your previous sales management experience from the financial planning industry or a similar industry, combined with your experience in recruiting, coaching and development of sales teams is highly desirable. Your experience operating in a complex regulatory and compliance environment will be looked upon favourably and will be a key to your success.
