Hays are working with a large state government department to source an individual with a finance background to develop the Total Asset Management (TAM) plan for over 20 other departments.
You will work closely with the agencies to develop their TAM projects, review business cases, critically review individual projects and lead the management and provision of information to NSW Treasury.
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in the preparation of budgets and capital bids within government in addition to TAM experience. You will be an advanced user of excel.
You will have strong negotiation skills, be tenacious and persistent.
