An opportunity has arisen for a Design and Survey Services Manager to join the Infrastructure Services Department. Reporting to the Manager Technical Support Services you will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of civil engineering design, survey and drafting support.
 
You will be co-ordinating and project managing operational areas including Transport, Drainage, Landscaping, Building and Structure and Water and Wastewater. This will include, budgeting, pricing, estimating and design.
 
As well as ensuring the Design and Survey services quality management system is maintained this position will see you develop improvement process and procedures, workload forecasts and producing high quality technical reports.
 
A degree in Civil Engineering will be vital along with previous experience in supervising a Civil engineering Design Office.  Financial management, project management and the proven ability to set and achieve demanding personal and team performance stands will be required.
