Employment selection criteria qualifications / experience trade certificate in cooking or other food preparation or related subjects.
Experience in a busy food and beverage and/or catering establishment food handlers accreditation.
Highly developed interpersonal, communication and time management skills Outgoing and professional personality. Basic understanding of core elements of food and beverage preparation and service.
