Leading the Tasmanian finance industry, this organisation places great emphasis on their staff being the reason for continued success.  As such a senior learning and development professional is sought to join the Human Resource team to continue the organisations focus on increasing their staff skill base and knowledge.
 
The Senior HR officer will be responsible for implementing the organisations strategic training and development plan while bringing their significant work experience in this area, enabling them to contribute to the ongoing improvements and additions to this strategic plan.
The key results in this role will come in an ability to develop the organisations staff in a way that positively impacts their service delivery and business objectives.
 
This role brings with it a high degree of responsibility and is key in the performance of the organisation moving forward.  As such only candidates able to confidently address the below skills required should apply.
 
Key skills & experience required:
A degree or qualifications in Human Resources, Business or Psychology.  Experience with performance coaching/counselling.  Sound knowledge of contemporary HR and Business performance management practices.  High level facilitation and coaching skills to enable delivery of effective training.
