An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Generalist to join the company during this exciting time of growth and expansion. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your mandate will be to act as an operational based HR Advisor in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support the needs of the business and associates.
You will be play a large part in performance management, salary reviews, monitoring the effectiveness of personnel services provided to line managers and implementing improvements where necessary, promoting safe working practices and industrial harmony and coordinating HR Reporting.
The ideal candidate will have relevant HR Tertiary qualifications, at least 5 years hands-on experience and a flexible approach with the proven ability to deliver timely solutions. HR experience gained from the IT, telecommunications, or professional services industries would be highly desirable.
