Due to business growth Integrated Albury is seeking a new Recruitment Consultant (Account Manager) to join our team. If you’re looking for a fast paced full time role with a National recruitment company then this may be the opportunity for you. The primary objective of this position is to service an existing client base, and maintain our pool of employees covering all aspects of labour hire and permanent recruitment, as well as generation of new business opportunities. To be successful in this position you will have:
• Previous experience and a proven track record in the Recruitment/Customer Service/Sales industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent time management skills
• The ability to make decisions independently and work well when under pressure
• A complete understanding of, and belief in, the supply of quality services
• Excellent computer literacy
• An understanding of the importance in following internal systems and standard practices
• Ideally the successful applicant will have recruitment industry experience or exposure to internal staff recruitment
