The opportunity
They are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant, either with generalist, business support or accounting experience, to join their team to take over an existing temp desk.  You will pick up client relationships, manage a temp pool as well as further develop the business, by acting on leads as well as using your network to bring in new business.
  
What you will need
You will need to be an experienced recruitment consultant with at least 3 years experience, and long tenure in each of your positions. Being activity focused, and business savvy, you will be able to show consistent billing success.  Account management experience for both roles is also key so you move these accounts from transactional to account management and thus key clients.  This client will give you the responsibility and accountability for a client that you may be looking for, and the support you will need.  They can also provide a level of security to you that they have grown through recent tough times.
