    Reporting to the HR manager, the mandate of this role is to plan, develop and deliver training programmes within a best practice HR environment. You will be responsible for evaluating the framework and identifying further opportunities to align L&D and HR strategy to business growth.


     

    Key Responsibilities include:


    • Implementation of HR and L&D programmes
    • Looking after L&D projects
    • Evaluating training needs and developing training programmes and procedures
    • Analysing specific training needs of employees
    • Overseeing training programmes
    • Planing and carrying out performance management programmes
    • Advising and assisting with line management for employees


    To be successful in this role you will have:


    • Cert 4 in training and assessment
    • Minimum 5 years experience
    • Strong L&D background
    • Proven ability to develop and implement learning and development programmes
    • Experience in a retail/FMCG or RTO industry background essential
