My client is a reputable and professional brokerage located in Melbourne\'s CBD and due to growth we are urgently seeking a part time insurance professional to join the team on a permanent basis.

If you have administration and insurance experience and are seeking a role where you can think on your feet and use your initiative then this is the role is for you

This a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure part-time work on a permanent basis.


The core work hours are non negotiable 8:30am to 5:15pm , Wed-Friday. 


Day to day duties include:

  • Reception
  • Word Processing
  • General Customer/Insurer enquiries
  • Running renewal reports (training provided Winbeat)
  • Obtaining premium funding quotes (Training provided)
  • Cross checking of insurer schedules and cancellations
  • Sorting daily mail


    Skills and experience required:

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Strong administration skills
  • Exposure to Broking/Insurance environments Would give you a distinct ADVANTAGE.
