This is an opportunity to join one of Australia\'s leading Telco organisations as an end-to-end Business Analyst. This is a role within a major transformation project, which will require the successful candidate to work across all areas of the project. This role will involve a combination of han ds-on BA activities, as well as project management activities related to planning, scheduling and delivery management.  
 
Job duties include;
 
  • Developing full process documentation including process maps, narratives and work instructions for future processes     
  • Documenting, analysing and evaluating existing business processes
  • Working with business representatives to develop future business process models
  • Development and delivery of business requirements documentation
  • Management and co-ordination of business requirement specification activities
  • Facilitating requirements gathering workshops with the business
  • Obtaining stakeholder signoff
  • Ensuring that requirements gathered are aligned to deliver the agreed benefits
  • Documenting, planning and conducting the User Acceptance testing before launch.
  • Communicating the process and changes to the key stakeholders within the business
 
To be considered for this role you will need;
 
  • A Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
  • At least 2 years developing requirements that impact multiple systems and functional areas         
  • Experience in a wide range of business processes, including re-engineering, telecommunications sales, provisioning/activation and support processes
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with a structured development methodology
  • BA experience working with a Services Oriented Architecture methodology
  • Experience in a telecommunications environment           
  • Business process re-engineering and change management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Well developed consulting skills including data gathering and analysis; workshop/ focus group facilitation
  • Technical awareness of Communications technology
  • Understanding of project management methodologies
  • Lean Six Sigma experience would be an added advantage
