The company is requiring a highly experienced Senior Consultant who will be responsible for:
• Working with the the technical delivery team at stakeholder level to ensure quality of projects/delivery, budgets and time lines are met. All of which will be within full core Java/JEE/J2EE SDLC development projects.
• Work closely with technical subject matter experts and be the final escalation point for technical decisions.
• Ability to act within a pre-sales capacity and engage key customers to secure new opportunity with existing or new customers.
• Ongoing documentation and process improvements
Experience Required:
• Min 2 years proven technical pre sales, leadership and mentoring within Java environments.
• Previous exp of at least 8 years+ core Java/JEE/J2EE development with exposure to Agile/ Scrum methodology. We are not expecting someone to be fully hands on still in this role.
• Extremely strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage projects and provide leadership where applicable
• Good consultative skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current full work rights in Australia
