Our client has a strong name within the commercial property sector, having built up an enviable reputation among top of the chain Australia-wide retailers, major property trusts and commercial developers. This Melbourne based team is led by a group of gun partners who have an excellent understanding of the Australasian property landscape, well honed commercial sense and first class technical skills.
An opportunity has opened that would best suit a 2-5 PAE lawyer with solid commercial property experience. The kind of experience you will be expected to demonstrate may include sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing (landlord and tenant) and related commercial matters (franchising, etc). You should have strong academics and be a confident and capable communicator.
The remuneration of the successful applicant will reflect their PAE. The firm pays very competitive packages and has a strong commitment to training and development across all practice groups.
