A busy corporate team has resulted in an opportunity for a 3-5 year PAE lawyer to come on board. The matters handled are in the area of mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities law and some related general commercial law. The successful applicant will get involved in corporate mergers, acquisitions and disposals of assets and businesses, capital raisings, the negotiation and documenting of a broad range of commercial documents and general advice in relation to corporate structuring and commercial matters.
