This leading FMCG business is a household name in Australia, well known for their staff development & progression opportunities. Due to expansion they are looking for an experienced Legal PA/Legal Secretary to support the General Counsel of Australia & New Zealand.
Supporting the General Counsel, your PA responsibilities will include; diary management, travel organization & coordination and expense management. In addition, working as part of the Legal team, your responsibilities will include: management of legal team budgets & billing processes, document preparation & contract creation & execution, creating presentations, managing product licensing & registries, controlling a number of reports & ad hoc administration as required by the team.
You will be an energetic and positive candidate with an ambitious and motivated attitude, ideally suited to a fast paced and dynamic environment. In addition you will be extremely professional with exceptional communication skills.
