You will be working closely with a Partner who is regarded as one of Queensland's leading experts in corporate, M&A and commercial law, on a range of exciting matters including:

• IPOs and privatisations;
• Mergers, acquisitions and divestments;
• Takeovers (regulated and unregulated);
• Joint-ventures and alliances;
• Equity capital markets transactions and rights issues.

The firm looks for candidates who have completed their training in a well regarded boutique, national or international firm, though candidates with solid academics and experience in smaller firms are also encouraged to apply.
