An opportunity has opened for a mid level lawyer with strong experience on broad corporate advisory and transactions matters. The role may involve M&As, Joint Ventures, IPOs, capital markets issues, structuring advice and more. It would suit a lawyer with a strong eye for detail and experience working on large deals, as well as someone who has strong communication skills and a strong desire to really understand a client's business.
The firm has been fortunate in attracting very good lawyers and they seem very good at keeping them. To that end they remunerate well and pay attention to the career and life drivers of their staff.
