Our client is a leading National law firm with close to 400 employees in their Brisbane office. Due to growth the firm is seeking a talented lawyer to join the already well established and high performing Workplace Relations and Safety team.

Working with 3 experienced Partners in the group, you will be advising on employment, industrial relations and safety matters with a particular focus on the resources, manufacturing and construction sectors.

You will have demonstrated 2+ years experience across IR negotiations, bargaining, contractual interpretation, termination, discipline issues, OH&S and dispute resolution. On offer for the right candidate is the opportunity to work in a leading WR practice and progress your career.
