A hugely successful Mid Tier Law Firm in Brisbane CBD is seeking to recruit an experienced Solicitor with yrs+ PAE specialising in the Resources Sector.

The client has a very strong oil and gas practice with a growing exposure to work in the Coal and other valuable mineral sectors. Whilst the group has a Queensland onshore focus, it has increasingly assisted offshore, interstate and overseas.

Ideally the candidate will be at Senior Associate level to fit in with their current team structure. Willing to consider strong candidates with a solid background in the areas of corporate, property or general commercial law that may have had some limited exposure in the resources area. In this respect, the candidate must have a strong base in drafting, negotiating and advising in respect of commercial documentation.
