Currently, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to work with a reputable employer based near Bassendean. This leading steel company is expanding and supply steel solutions to many industries including the mining industry.
Reporting to the operations manager your main duties will include but not be limited to:
- Supervision of warehouse staff to ensure maximum production and efficiency at all times
- Attending Occupational Health and Safety meetings
- Assisting with customer service
- Monitoring staff performance and conducting yearly performance reviews
- Assist staff in the warehouse if and when required
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Possess a team approach
- Intermediate level of management skills
- Experience with Occupational Health and Safety procedures
You need to be reliable and physically fit. Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential.
