Working for one of the peak non-for-profit bodies in professional procurement with an impressively established global client base, your role as Marketing Coordinator will involve delivering a full mix of marketing and communication tools whilst maintaining the event management and operationa l side of a busy marketing department.  With a current member base of 63,000 worldwide, you will require an eye for detail and a \'can do\' attitude to assist in expanding the business across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific regions.

To be successful for this role you will require:

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • a professional approach
  • strong knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • superior customer service
  • understanding of tracking costs, keeping records and producing reports 
  • a minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing assistant or similar role
  • possession of a qualification (preferred but not essential)

Working within a team-based environment, your key duties will include:

  • website content management
  • public relations
  • regional event management
  • database management
  • merchandise and stock management
  • communication activities
  • administration of a varied nature
  • copywriting and editing
  • production of marketing material such as flyers, leaflets and brochures
