- Highly attractive pa y rates based on qualifications/skills/experience
- Implementing & Managing Pain Management clinics.
- Working co-operatively with Exercise Physiologists and Physio Aids at the facility, and supervise any students on placement.
- Providing comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and care plans to aged care residents.
- Assisting in organising and running relevant group activities and promoting other services to the facility.
- Maintaining Physiotherapy supplies, documentation and equipment
- Formulating exercise plans for the residents
- Participating in conference calls as required.
- Maintenance of client record keeping.
- Participating in Professional Development
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- Full Australian Physiotherapy Registration
- Eligibility for membership of the APA
- An approved Physiotherapy qualification
- The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Able to work unsupervised
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to administer own clinical work practice
- Current full driver's License
- A full police clearance conducted within the last year
- Demonstrated experience in aged care facilities would be preferred but not essential
