Duties may include:

• Implementing & Managing Pain Management clinics.
• Working co-operatively with Exercise Physiologists and Physio Aids at the facility, and supervise any students on placement.
• Providing comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and care plans to aged care residents.
• Assisting in organising and running relevant group activities and promoting other services to the facility.
• Maintaining Physiotherapy supplies, documentation and equipment
• Formulating exercise plans for the residents
• Participating in conference calls as required.
• Maintenance of client record keeping.
• Participating in Professional Development
• Other ad hoc duties as required

You must have:

• Full Australian Physiotherapy Registration
• Eligibility for membership of the APA
• An approved Physiotherapy qualification
• The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Able to work unsupervised
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to administer own clinical work practice
• Current full driver's License
• A full police clearance conducted within the last year
• Demonstrated experience in aged care facilities would be preferred but not essential
