Two exciting new positions are available for experienced Clinical Nurse Managers within the Aged Care sector. Both facilities are well established, market leaders within this growing industry.

You will be working closely with the Facility Manager which will involve the planning, implementation and monitoring of the clinical care needs of the residents as well as providing clinical support and guidance to your staff. You will be involved in achieving and maintaining the facilities ACFI and occupancy targets and ensuring staff are adequately trained in their documentation. Building close relationships with residents, families and staff will be key to your success.

Previous experience at the same level within Aged Care is essential along with AHPRA registration. You will have outstanding leadership and influencing skills with effective interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. You will have a demonstrated ability to understand financial management principles and interpret financial reports as well as a strong knowledge of legislation and standards pertaining to Aged Care.
