E & I Design Drafter

Our client is a leading engineering company. They have been growing by leaps and bounds in the last 5 years. Due to rapid growth they are now on the look out for an Electrical & Instrumentation or E&I Design Drafter to work within their engineering team. 

The ideal candidate would be an E&I Design Drafter, (NOT a CAD Operator) with 5 to 10 years experience in a large engineering / mining / pharmaceutical or petrochemical industry. Job responsibilities would be to design and draft documentation for small electrical & instrumentation equipment brown field projects in hazardous zones such as maintenance, replacement and capacity enhancement project. Work involves, plant layouts, termination, loop & wiring diagrams, panel arrangements, pivotal’s, for low, and medium voltage systems.
 
A Certificate, Degree or Diploma qualification in Electrical or Instrumentation (E&I) are required. It is expected that you would be highly proficient using  AutoCAD. Location is Southern Sydney with own transport desirable.
