Due to their success this client is currently recruiting a Maintenance Shift Supervisor to join their operation in regional New South Wales.
With relevant extensive experience in mobile maintenance supervision you will assist in the supervision and mentoring of maintenance trade personnel to ensure budgetary targets are met or exceeded regarding environmental, productivity, health and safety etc. A key accountability of this role will be the close coordination and mentoring of maintenance personnel underground whilst providing leadership and technical expertise to ensure targets are met or exceeded. With expert knowledge of mobile and fixed plant underground equipment you will be responsible for supervising all maintenance carried out during each shift.
Appropriate Trade Qualifications in a mechanical trade and your ability to be a ‘hands on’ supervisor are a key accountability of this role. As a successful candidate you will have previous experience in coordination maintenance teams. Your effective communication, leadership and organisational skills will be crucial in effectively managing several functions simultaneously.
