There are several factors to consider when determining an employee's wages. Factors such as prior experience, education, hours spent in office and responsibility all affect an employee's jobs wages and each can vary depending on each individual employee.
There are also outside factors to consider when ascertaining an employee's jobs wages such as location and the industry they work within.
Of course there is also the matter of whether the jobs are within large companies or small business, privately owned or government. All these factors affect how you should determine your jobs wages.
