Facility Manager in Property & Real Estate Jobs

This organisation is a market leader in the facility management industry. With multiple offices throughout Australia, they have sizeable asset portfolios within the commercial, industrial and retail sectors. A recent reshuffle of facilities and building managers has led to an opening for an experienced candidate to join their continually growing team.

Ideally from a commercial building manager background, you will possess a strong understanding of essential building services, preferably from an overall operations perspective.

You will be responsible for managing all daily FM operations, tenancy liaising and coordination, oversee all essential services and coordinate minor project works, managing contracts and contractors, overseeing all OHS, compliance and reporting.
