Facilities Manager – Part Time – Shopping Centre in ACT
- Minimum 2 years facilities management experience
- Trade background preferred
- Part Time - 3 days/week
Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to look after the operations for one of their Shopping Centres in Canberra.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to tenant requests
- Supervising contractors
- Managing maintenance
- Inspections
- Overseeing fitouts
- Managing capex works
- Ensuring compliance
- OH&S management
- Reporting
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years facilities management experience and ideally a trade background. You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills as well as a strong ability to negotiate contracts. Most importantly you will be a team player who is able to work autonomously.
