Our client, a highly respected, premium brand is currently seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager. This is an agency that believes in promoting from within your long term career possibilities are endless! 

Our client is seeking a high ly capable candidate who has at least 2 years Property Management/BDM experience.

As an Executive Property Manager your role will include:
  • Day to day management of a small portfolio capped at 60 properties 
  • Actively seek new listings
  • Follow up leads provided by the Sales team
  • Maintaining relationships with Landlords
  • Sourcing new business opportunities
  • Arranging and conducting rental appraisals
  • Coordinate advertising and marketing of rental properties
  • Develop and implement new business development initiatives and strategies
  • Providing first class customer service
The successful candidate will be:
  • A proven performer with extensive listing experience 
  • An experienced Property Manager who embraces modern Property Management systems & procedures
  • An outgoing & friendly person with a strong customer service focus
  • Able to work both in a team environment & autonomously
  • Have a passion for the industry and a good sense of humour
  • Highly polished, corporate presentation
  • Outstanding time management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • A proactive Property Management style with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • An Agents Representative Certificate is a MUST (Legal requirement) 
  • 2 years + Residential Property Management experience 
  • Drivers licence 
  • Reliable vehicle 
The right candidate for this role will have strong experience in all aspects of property management & be able to take initiative to contributing to new ideas and ways of optimizing the department performance. Generous remuneration package including base salary, allowances and commission.

Reporting to the department head based in another office this is a very autonomous role for a highly experienced Property Manager to take that next step in their career.
