Due to significant growth of our business, we currently have a vacancy for a Rental Portfolio Manager to join our innovative and dynamic team. Located in the heart of Glen Waverley, you will be managing a mixed portfolio of apartments and houses with great landlords and tenants using REST software.

The successful candidate will be a positive professional, who enjoys working as part of a team and has excellent presentation and communication skills. You will need to have excellent time management skills and the ability to provide a high level of customer service to both tenants and landlords. Agents Rep certificate and drivers license are essential.  Property Management experience is essential. The ability to speak Mandarin would be helpful but NOT essential.
