ABOUT THE POSITION:

You will be results and customer focussed with innovative capabilities. You will be the face of the business and be accountable for your stores P & L so strong business acumen is essential. Strong people management skills are required for this role as you will lead and inspire your team. You will be working with great National Brands and run your store autonomously as well as having a strong support structure.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Management experience (Min 5 years)
• Proven results with Budgets and KPIs
• Proven leadership skills
• High stock volume experience
• Strong Business acumen
