Located in the Woden area, the Sales Supervisor in this lovely bakery, will be trained in all aspects of running the store including rostering, staff training and reporting. The client is also very proactive in ensuring all staff within the company are enjoying their employment and has a great record of staff with long term employment.

The bakery is very busy so high enegry is required to be successful in this role.

This role will suit a person that has previous supervisor experience in either hospitality or retail, but will ultimately be given to a person with a great attitude towards customer service.

To be successful in the role YOU will:

• Have a fantastic and energetic personality
• Have a high sense of urgency
• Display excellent customer service
• Have the ability to train and mentor staff
• Have full availabilty, including alternate weekends

You will be required to work alternate Saturdays and possibly the occasional full weekend. There is flexibility. Your hours will be 37.5 per week which are excellent in this industry.

If you've worked in a customer service environment before and love customers and selling, this could be the role for you. It may also suit someone from a supermarket environment.

Previous bakery experience is not required.

Full training will be provided laying out an exciting career .

Salary is $40K + super for a 37.5 hour week.
